Built on precision.
Driven by standards.
A manufacturing and cleanroom company built around one idea — the things people depend on are only as good as the standards engineered into them.
Built on precision and standards
We were built around a simple conviction: the products and spaces people rely on are only as good as the safety and standards engineered into them. Our fire doors go wherever fire safety and compliance matter — real estate, commercial developments, industrial facilities, and beyond — while our cleanroom work serves industries that can't tolerate contamination, like pharmaceuticals, electronics, and medical devices.
We're a young company — and we've built Amexel the way we mean to run it: modern equipment under one roof, formal quality and safety systems from day one, and a team that owns every job from start to finish. We know trust is earned, not claimed, so we'd rather prove it on the work — precise, on time, and stood behind.
Product Manufacturing
We manufacture PUF panels and fire-rated metal doors entirely in-house, maintaining full control over quality and compliance. Every product is fabricated to approved drawings and verified through testing before dispatch, minimizing field risks and ensuring dependable performance.
Insulated wall, partition, and ceiling panels for cleanroom and controlled-environment construction — flush, durable, and easy to clean.

Where it gets built
Amexel manufactures every product in-house at our 15,600 sq ft facility in Hyderabad — from raw coil to finished, powder-coated unit.
Keeping the full process under one roof gives us control over the two things clients care about most: quality and lead time. We're also growing: by 2027 we plan to move into a larger 60,000 sq ft+ plant to expand capacity and shorten lead times further.
Quality & safety — Amexel works to formal Quality and Occupational Health & Safety policies. Materials are sourced only from approved manufacturers and carry valid Material Test Certificates (MTC) and warranties, and every product is inspected before dispatch and again after installation.
Cutting & forming
Coil slitting, laser cutting, CNC bending / press-brake.
Welding
Laser, MIG, spot, and projection welding.
Panel & door production

Mission & Vision
Mission
To deliver precision-manufactured products and turnkey cleanroom environments that let our clients work to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance — reliably, and on time.
Vision
To become one of India's most trusted names in manufacturing and turnkey cleanroom solutions — the partner clients rely on when safety, quality, and compliance can't be compromised.
Core values
Precision
We measure twice and build once. Tolerances are promises.
Ownership
Single-source means single responsibility. We own the outcome, not just our piece.
Compliance
Standards exist because the stakes are real. We meet them by default, not on request.
On-time delivery
A late cleanroom is a stalled production line. Schedule is part of the spec.
Partnership
We're judged by how our work performs years after handover, so we build for the long relationship.
