PUF Panels
Insulated sandwich panels for cleanroom and controlled-environment construction — manufactured in-house at our Hyderabad facility.
What they are
A PUF (polyurethane foam) panel is a rigid insulating core bonded between two metal facings. The core delivers a high insulation value for its thickness, while the facings add structure, airtightness, and a smooth, wipe-clean surface. The result is a lightweight, self-supporting wall, partition, or ceiling element that goes up quickly and seals tightly.
Where they are used
PUF panels suit cleanrooms, cold storage, and food and pharma production — anywhere temperature, hygiene, or particle control matters. Because panels are prefabricated to size, site work is mostly clean assembly, which shortens schedules and reduces dust and trades on site.
How we build them
Panels are produced in-house on a PUF injection line, cut and finished to approved drawings, and inspected before dispatch. Building them under one roof keeps control over the two things clients care about most: consistent quality and reliable lead times.
